Was a weird one balancing an emergency alert that's like "oh fuck terrorists maybe stay home?" with "well these characters need to see the results out in the world for narrative reasons".
Luckily (?) we'd had some reference in 2020 to draw from that wasn't around when I wrote the script...
Also I briefly considered trying to make some sort of jokey link but as of this page going live no one owns newcanis.gov...
Also there's the tiniest mistake on the greyscale version because fixing and re-exporting black and white versions of the phone screens is a ballache.
