Yeeeesh. For such a simple page this one took a while. It's hard work balancing a desire to see this project proceed at a healthy pace but also to be kind to yourself as an artist. Especially when freelance advertising work ebbs and flows.

Also I'm not sure what it's like elsewhere, but heavily armed private security guards are not uncommon in South Africa. The scarier and more competent looking guys usually being ex-military and law enforcement, usually on a power trip too.

I often think about my mom getting freaked out by Cash-In-Transit vans parking in mall parking lots. They're such a hot target in local crimes. And the syndicates that have the balls to hit a transit van and the private security that protect them are rocking basically military grade hardware these days.

Trying to get that vibe with these mercs stalking a university campus armed to the teeth and clad in plate carriers above and beyond any police force.
