Ah, it was really exciting working on this page. It was the first chapter I'd started after batch uploading the first 3 chapters, so the upload process is a bit less of a pain in the ass, updating a handful of sites as I finish rather than batching out 70 odd pages 😅
Also showed my wife the early layouts with the copy on screen and she just saw Jason's line of "Gents". She immediately asked me if he was a boetie. Basically a colloquialism for a capital-b-Bro who likes to club on the weekends in the Northern Suburbs of Jo'burg.
I had to admit he kinda is...
Although the quickly whipped up music notes out of Illustrator will annoy me forever.
